Vicky has helped Giles run the business since 2003 and although she now works part time she is still involved in the business. Vicky has a gentle manner with the residents and a great sense of humour.
Kelly Flaherty
Registered Manager
Kelly came to work for us in 2016 as a Senior Carer and was quickly promoted to Deputy Manager and in 2020 promoted to Registered Manager. She is a shining star in the Industry, dedicated, compassionate and an advocate for person centered care. If you want anyone looking after your mum - it’s Kelly. She was instrumental in helping us achieve our Oustsnding rating with her dynamic ideas and passion.
Shana Mellor
Deputy Manager
Shana is Robin to Kellys Batman. Another shining star of the care sector. Shana demands attention to detail, top quality care and is passionate about our residents receiving the quality of care they deserve. Shana is also responsible for training our staff and commits the same level of care and compassion to that role as she does to the care of our residents
